• Wall framework thickness 46mm (ex 50mm) on small size models and 70mm (ex 75mm) on larger models.
• Wall height 6ft 8in (2.03m) or 6ft 4in (1.94m)on low corner summerhouse internally.
• Cladding is quality 15mm (ex 50mm) Scandinavian Redwood shiplap boarding.
• Arched top Georgian style windows, or contemporary style with large panes.
• Black antique door and window furniture.
• Light brown preservative treatment internally and externally
• Pyramid roof with 25-degree roof pitch. Heavy duty polyester-based roofing felt included as standard.
• Door windows in Georgian style can be three or four panes high at same cost.

Options

• Low height version of Corner 88 available to keep below 2.5m planning height, 6ft 4in (1.94m) internal wall height, lower pitch roof.
• Additional storage shed at one end of the building.
• Complete four-coat (preservative, undercoat and two top coats) exterior paint finish. Stain block is used to minimise marks from knot resin. Nail holes are filled for best appearance. We can paint your building in a large choice of colours e.g. from the Farrow & Ball range, RAL or Dulux tints.
• One or two coat Sadolin Classic externally on top of light brown finish in a choice of colours.
• Opaque Woodstain 2-coat finish + clear, colourless preservative basecoat. Various colours.
• “Superior” doors and windows with weather seals available on 99 and 100 - includes brass/chrome ironmongery.
• Window boxes.
• Brass or chrome door and window furniture and butt hinges for standard windows and doors instead of black antique.
• Felt tiles in red, green, brown, or slate grey.
• Cedar shingles

Delivery & Installation

Prices include delivery and assembly by our own team of installers within a 30 mile radius of Cambridge (other areas priced on request). Base work is priced on request for a suitable paving slab or concrete base made to the correct dimensions and specifications.
