There is a choice of KELLING sizes from 8ft x 5ft upwards to suit your space. they can be made with the 'Pent' roof (mono pitch) or with an 'Apex' roof (pitched).

A&J Kelling Summerhouse

• Factory applied spirit-based pale brown preservative treatment inside & out.
• 15mm thick tongue and groove floor with 47mm x 47mm pressure treated floor runners. Heavy duty V313 Caberboard floor on buildings 8ft x 8ft or larger.  
• Toughened glass fixed windows alongside the doors in the front of the building and an opening window in each side. Some arger buildings also have a fixed pane of glass in each side as well. 
• Heavy duty polyester-based roofing felt as standard
• A pair of joinery doors with a large pane of toughened glass in each door. Antique style hinges and handle. Mortice lock. 
• Eaves height 6ft (1.82m) rising to 6ft 9in on a Pent version, or on the Apex version the ridge height internally will be 6ft 9in on 7ft & 8ft gable ends up to 7ft 7in (2.31m) on 12ft gable ends.
• Wall framing 47mm x 47mm & 47mm x 22mm finished thickness.
• 12mm finished thickness tongue & groove shiplap cladding. 15mm log lap cladding also available.
• 1 Year Guarantee. 
• Dimensions: 8ft x 5ft upwards.
